Our facilities are alarmed; they are equipped with dry sprinklers and security monitors. Our buildings sit back from the street and are unmarked.

Will we lose control of our paper records and media?
No. If you choose FILEMINDERS to manage your records, you will be continually updated on the statuus of your inventory. You will choose the level of detail you require -- box, file, tape, etc. If you choose to control your records database through your own PC, you will have all the information at your fingertips.
How will you know the location of our records within your facility?
We have invested in a sophisticated tracking system that was design to track records in similar facilities abroad. Over the years, this system has been developed in order to provide its users with full control and the ability to speedily locate where each record is stored.
How do we get started in setting up a professional records program?
The first step is to set up a retention schedule, so you will know which records or data to keep and when it should be destroyed. Our consulting staff will help you perform this.
Will our records be kept together in one continuous area?
No. For efficiency puproses we place your data in the first available empty space. Our bar code inventory system ensures that your information is specifically located. This also provides you with an additional level of security as your data are not stored in one area exclusively.
Does Fileminders stay current with technological advances in the information service field?
Yes. We use the best and latest records software available and we continually update to maintain top rank. Our Scan on Demand, Document Imaging and Disaster Recovery services are periodically reviewed and incorporate new ideas.
How much space can we have?
FILEMINDERS can provide all the storage space you require and much more. We have plenty of land set aside for expansion.
Can we use our own boxes for storage?
Yes, as long as they are "industry strandard" sized boxes.
Do you provide pickup and delivery service?
FILEMINDERS is a full-service Records Center that can accommodate all of your pickup/delivery requirements. In addition, we guarantee a two-hour response time for rush deliveries.
How do we prepare boxes to go off-site?
FILEMINDERS will provide you with pre-printed box labels. You will affix the labels to your boxes and call us to arrange pickup.
How fast can we get our records and will you retrieve them for us?
Same day delivery service is available as per our agreement at regular rates. In addition, we can set specific times for your delivery schedule, i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly. FILEMINDERS also offers rush delivery service (maximum 2 hours upon request).
Do we get a computer listing of our records and do you barcode?
You may request an inventory printout when sending new boxes. In addition, we can provide you with a listing of your complete inventory electronically or in hard copy form. If you have connectivity to FILEMINDERS via your computer you can access your inventory via our webside. All boxes are bar-coded for easy identification and retrieval.
Do you destroy records and can you provide a listing of what has been destroyed?
We send desctuction notices as per request and require our clients to sign off on a Destruction Authorization Form prior to the destruction of any records. Once the records are destroyed our Operations Manager certifies the destruction, signs the Destruction Authorization FOrm and the original is returned to the client for their own records.
What is the cost and does the size of the storage carton make a difference?
