Scanview DMS

ScanView^® DMS offers a powerful and comprehensive document management and workflow system enabling you to centrally manage your documents and their associated business processes.

ScanView^® eliminates unstructured electronic file and paper document stores by automatically structuring information in an easy to access database which uses Microsoft's latest .Net technology and robust SQL server at its core. Information can be as structured or unstructured as you like and unique powerful full text search tools enable users to easily access anything right down to a specific keyword within the content of a MS Office document, paper document or even email attachment.

Documents can be added to ScanView^® by scanning, saving direct from within MS Office, automatic integration with email servers or even from MFD copier devices at any site. This leads to a very fast adoption of the system and a fast "payback" period.

ScanView^® EDM's compliance modules allow you to rapidly solve issues such as ISO15489 records management, Sarbanes Oxley, FSA, BS BIP0008 and BASEL II / IFRS compliance. We also offer a tailored set of consultancy packages to help you implement these into your own policy frameworks and carry out ongoing compliance audits in the future.
